My video playback history- which has worked perfectly fine in the past- has now stopped working. It’s just stillframes that never actually play anything. So, I saw other people had success subscribing to Nest Aware (which I shouldn’t have to buy just to watch a clip from 20 mins ago) but I did it anyways. Then I go back to watch the video and now I have zero video history at all so the video I wanted to watch is gone. I tried to chat with Google customer service and they close the chat. I have them call me per their options and twice in a row in hung up on as soon as the call connects. This is ridiculous and extremely frustrating. I just want to watch the video from today at 6:49am CST. Why is all my video history gone??
