I'm seeing a similar problem on Android. I can see the "events" but the video between them never loads, it just shows a spinning wheel forever (and YES I have the 10 days live video subscription). I've tried multiple devices, so it isn't specific to my phone, this seems to be a Google issue.

Hi CSEngineer,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I understand your concern and I wanted to help you with this. To confirm, how far is your Nest Camera from your Wi-Fi router? Were there any recent Wi-Fi outages in your area? Try restarting your Nest Camera and Wi-Fi network to refresh their connections. Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Emerson

With all due respect Emerson what does WiFi have anything to do with video recorded days ago? It clearly got uploaded. As did all the events I can easily view. I can also watch all of my cameras live at any time.

What I can't do is view video that's more than a couple minutes before or after an event.

But yes, I have a distributed Unifi commercial grade WiFi. And the garage camera I was mostly recently trying to view the history of, has an access point direct on the other side of the wall (less than 2 feet away).

I'm on 1 Gb fiber Internet and it hasn't gone down in over 6 months. Again when internet does drop, there is a noted gap in the history, and playback used to just display that there was no video.

And I can try restarting all 4 of my cameras, but they all do the same thing. I can see live, I can see events, but the historical video won't play.

Hello CSEngineer,

I appreciate your update. To further isolate this issue, how many home structures and Nest Aware subscriptions do you have? In case you have multiple home structures, could you check which home has your subscription? You may also try resetting your Nest Camera to the factory default and monitor its behavior.

Best,

Emerson
