All of my recorded videos say not available now check back later and they are never available.

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• What type of Nest camera do you have?
• Are you signed into the Nest app or Google Home app?
• When did the Nest camera stop working?
• How is the Wi-Fi router from the Nest camera?
• Do you have an Active Nest Aware subscription? 
  • If so, what type of Nest Aware subscription do you have?
