I have a camera outside, that is only displaying "video history not available, check back later" almost 24 hours after recording. Displaying other events perfectly fine, its JUST that event recording.

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • What type of Nest camera do you have? Here is an article that will help you identify it: Technical specs for Nest cameras and doorbells.
  • Are you signed into the Nest app or Google Home app? Is the app updated?
  • Can you check the camera’s live feed?
  • Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If so, what type of Nest Aware subscription do you have?

Everything else does just fine. Logged in through Google home, quite honestly I dont know which ones we have. We have 2 and a nest doorbell.  We have the basic monthly subscription. The next event was literally 45 minutes later displayed just fine, as well as everything after and since.
