Video record times

Have my record time set for 3mins but the most it will do is 10 seconds?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just a few questions: Do you have an active Nest aware subscription? Is this a newly installed Nest camera or doorbell? If so,  Have you tried restarting your Nest Camera or Doorbell? Here is a link on how to Restart or factory reset a Nest camera or doorbell.
