I signed up for Nest Aware. Can i view the 30 day video history from a computer? When I go to home.google.com i see my cameras, but only live video feed. How do i see the history?

For the newer 2nd gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells that were released starting in Sept. 2021, history is only available in the Google Home app on a phone or tablet. History for our older cameras and doorbells is still available on the home.nest.com website. The home.google.com website has been in beta/preview mode since it went live in Oct. 2022 and only provides livestream views.

How embarrassing that after almost a year the website is still in beta mode, without being able to view history and or the thermostats. Armature hour...

Oh the disappointment doesn't end there. The home.google.com site has seen absolutely no changes/feature upgrades. The cameras themselves have had their video quality degrade as a result of firmware upgrades, and there's still no ability to actually save your own footage unless google detects an event (despite paying for 24/7 recording). So you can only do playback (from your phone), and if you see something you want to keep (but the camera didn't detect it) you have to record your screen, since there's no option to select a timeframe and download that.
