Wasserstein not charging Nest Doorbell

I have the Wasserstein Solar Panel for Nest Doorbell (battery) I cannot get the doorbell to charge. I have plenty of direct sunlight but can't get a charge from it. 

1000001180.pngI've disconnected the cables. While in direct sunlight and not connected to the doorbell, let the solar panel absorb 3 hours of sunlight. While I'm the sub, I charged the doorbell to 100%. Reconnected the cables of the Wasserstein back to the doorbell and no indication of a charge or that the doorbell is being charged.
