$200 paper wait.  It doesn't connect to Wi-Fi. I've tried numerous times to connect and numerous troubleshooting tips to no avail. Absolute garbage going to buy a Ring doorbell.

Hi jochen1980,

Thanks for posting in the community.

I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced while trying to connect your Doorbell to the WiFi network. I'm happy to help you resolve this issue.

To provide more accurate assistance, please answer the following questions:

  • What is the model of your Doorbell?
  • Is your Doorbell wired or battery-powered?
  • What was the Doorbell doing when the issue began?
  • What color is the LED light on your Doorbell?
  • Which Wi-Fi frequency band are you trying to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
  • Are you receiving any error messages?
  • How far is your Doorbell from the router?
  • Can you see the Doorbell on your Nest app devices?
  • What mobile device are you using to connect your Doorbell?
  • Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app?

Thank you for your attention. I look forward to hearing from

Best regards,

Virna
