When does video start following subscription

If I start a subscription today, is it from that point I will be able to get historical video clips - or will I immediately get a months worth of historical clips.   Currently don't have a subscription, but want clips from yesterday, but assume there is no way of getting them?

You will not get any old recordings. It starts from when you activate the subscription.  I'm pretty sure it would be illegal for them to record without your permission which is what you give them when you activate your subscription.

@EmptyNester is correct, you do not get anything back before you choose to subscribe. It will activate once subscribed from then on. I am glad to hear that you are interested in subscribing to Nest Aware! If you have any of our Cameras or Doorbells, I would definitely suggest you get a Nest Aware subscription!
