When doorbell (battery) is pushed, there is no display on google hub max

Hello!

When the doorbell button is pushed, there is no display on my google hub max. The comment that pops up is that the video is currently unavailable. 

How can I fix this?

It will notify you when someone is at the door, but it will not show you a feed. This is not an option for the 2021 Nest Doorbell (battery).
