Where can I get replacement parts for the Nest (battery) doorbell mount?

I've attempted to install two doorbells and both have very small mounting screws that either fall on the ground never to be see again or get stripped by the screwdriver and stuck in the mount. After a chat with the Google store online, I was denied replacement screws. Is there any way these screws can be ordered? I cannot properly mount my doorbells without them.
