I tried to connect a Nest Hello to my house in New Zealand but my electrician couldn't get it to work. Where do I purchase the correct transformer for the new Nest Doorbell (battery) model? I want to hard wire it and use Google Speakers that are ceiling mounted as my chime. We don't have a chime.
It all depends on where your Nest Hello was purchased. I know they are available for purchase in NZ, but if it was purchased in another country it may not work at all for you. Not sure where you could get a transformer from. Look online, and see if it's available somewhere else.
