Where is customer service to help me?!

Is it me or is it next to impossible to find a customer service contact email or number?? You would think for such a huge company they would be all over customer service made easy for their customers.. We have a Nest doorbell cam and just hooked up our Nest thermostat. It wouldn’t let us use our log in and password and had to migrate our account and download the Google home app as well but it never migrated the doorbell cam over… so now we have two different apps for the same brand of devices and cannot combine. Why is this so complicated and couldn’t just be added to our Neat app??!!

Tried to phone them today, no answer after 60 minutes so gave up
