Why are there gaps in my recordings with Camera and doorbell (I have 30 day save plan)?

I have Nest Aware, 30d recording, but more than three quarters of my recording are not being saved. I have uber-fast internet and bandwidth, not gaps on any devices when using wifi. Whenever I click on either camera or doorbell the recording is working, but when I scroll back there are huge gaps in the history.

Google (Nest) doesn't give a **bleep**.  They have your money.  Wish I'd never bought these garbage cameras.
