Why can I not play and watch a video recording of CCTV?! Live video available to watch only!
I am trying to watch what was happening when I was away. When I go to NEST app I can only watch live recordings. If there are some other activities I am unable to watch it, the videos are frozen.
I thought that I have bad reception and WIFI connection, therefore I have purchased additional Google router, it has been successfully connected to my WiFi router as well as Google speaker that comes with it. However I can’t watch any CCTV videos history!
How do I sort this issue as I must see what’s going on when I’m away, this was the purpose of getting CCTV cameras.
