Why has Google blocked me from posting comments as MplsCustomer about the new Google Nest Camera Battery in this Google Nest Community? This started happening late yesterday when I tried to post a comment on the "When will the new Google Nest Cams be able to work with the Nest App?" thread. I wanted to say that the initial question still needed to be addressed. But each attempt of mine to post simply disappeared.
Since then anything I try to post anywhere here shows initially as posted, and then within seconds is deleted. At Google Nest Support's suggestion this morning, I tried posting using a different device (my iPad), and then shared a link to the post with myself, and discovered that Google had blocked my post as "spam" and then deleted it.
None of my postings are "spam", and ALL of my postings are truthful and polite.
Is Google trying to suppress comments that are critical of the flawed release of the new Google Nest Camera Battery?
Tonight, I called Google Nest Support again and was told that they could not tell me why I was banned, that they had no way to direct or escalate my case to anyone at Google, that they had no process whatsoever that would allow them to do that, and that my case simply could not be addressed. Google Nest Chat had the same answer.
Instead, Google Nest Support said I should log on here with a different account, and post a question here asking why I have been banned. So, at the suggestion of Google Nest Support, I am now asking: "Why has MplsCustomer been banned from posting in this community?"

If Google is not going to do this, then when is Google going to add full support for existing Google Nest cameras and doorbells to the Google Home app, including the capabilities currently supported in the Google Nest app?"

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. We definitely have to moderate and lock threads when its time too. I am sorry that your previous threads were locked. I will take your feedback and send it forward. Your reply refers to "locked threads" but I was not talking about "locked threads". I am talking about being blocked from posting anything at all on any new or existing thread in this Google Nest Community forum, including this thread. I have been unable to post anything on THIS thread since Sept. 27. I am trying again now after clearing my cache.
