Why is all footage gone ?

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can imagine it has been surprising not being able to view your saved footage and events. It sounds like you do not have a Nest Aware subscription. 
  • Were you on the Nest Aware trial before?
  • Or did you have a Nest Aware subscription that has lapsed?
  • You can learn how to sign up again here
  • Unfortunately you will not get the footage that was lost. It will only start recording once the service has been added back to your account.
