Hi all,
I am looking to share a camera like we used to do with older nest cams on the nest application, sharing a link and a password that allows anybody to have a view on the live cam. The problem is that we can't find this setting on the Google home application, and it is not possible to install a nest cam (battery) on the nest application.
I am working on a project witch purpose is to show people of my town the wildlife of our region, specifically owls and birds, by placing cameras in a nest. The project is working great, but I am the only one able to see the videos....
The only way I found would be to add members to my "family" but it gives access to all settings then...
Anybody that could help me in this project ?
Thank you
Steven

If you're on the beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app there is a new ability that provides different levels of access:
We are NOT on the "Public Preview" version; it's been in that "Public Preview" status for over two years now, and the Google Home app still lacks many Nest app functions:

To add to MplsCustomer's advice, for clarity there is no option to do exactly what you've requested with cameras managed in the Google Home app. There is no option to share the camera using a link and password, as you can with cameras managed in the Nest app.
