Wired GEN 1? I think doorbell 3 years old

Always used Nest App.  Google always asked to transfer.  Nest app quit working and my me.com Apple email would not work.  Transferred to Google.   It went over but had to reset Thermostat to even see it.  Of course three years ago didn't keep every piece of paper.  Thermo now works

Door bell set up was OK then at the last stop App says this doorbell in another account you cannot use it until that previous owner close the account.

WELL I am the previous owner and so far there is no way to get to that account Google steps in the way every time.

Any Ideas other that buy a different thermostat and doorbell from another source.

Sorry NOT Happy!  At least with EERO you can talk to someone.

@Bobcat512

If by "transferred to Google" you mean that you migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account, then all of your existing Google Nest devices (except Nest Protects) should now appear automatically in the Google Home app and in the Google Nest app, as long as you're logging into both apps with the same Google Account and are accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure".

This is Google Nest's help page on issues with migrating a Nest Account to a Google Account:

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9297676?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DiOS&oco=0#zippy=

Thanks for responding.  When I try to get the nest account under an Apple email account it will not let me in then it states use your google password and it takes me to the Google account where I added the thermostat.  Then adding the Doorbell was a no go three times that I tried.

When I go to Nest login it says they are sending me a password reset then it never arrived to me  @Me.com email in IOS..

@Bobcat512

I can't tell whether you migrated from a Nest Account to a Google Account. The link I provided has steps to verify whether you've migrated or not.

If you are logging into the Google Nest app with the "Sign in with Google" option, then your Nest Hello Doorbell should automatically appear in the Google Nest app and the Google Home app IF you log into both apps with the same Google Account AND are accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure".

If you did NOT migrate your Nest Account to a Google Account and simply created a separate Google Account and then managed to get your thermostat set up, you will NOT be able to add your doorbell to that Google Account in the Google Nest app until you log into the Google Nest app using your old Nest account credentials (the me.com account, apparently) and remove the doorbell from the app. If you cannot log in, perhaps you should try contacting Support starting with this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
