Wired Nest camera doorbell Offline, AGAIN

Every other wired and wifi device is wiring in the home.  Woke up to a notification that this one and only Nest wired camera is offline.

I've reset it already by the pin method  and that didn't work. We reset the router and still nothing. 

How many people are ready to buy a completely different camera doorbell system??

What's the fix for this repeated issue?

To better assist you, I'd like to ask the following:

• What type of Nest doorbell (wired or battery)?
• What is the status light for the doorbell?
• How long did you press the Nest doorbell pin, and did you hear a sound when you pressed the doorbell?
