I have a wired indoor nest camera with a nest aware plus subscription. On Saturday 25 March I noticed that the video history was missing for around 26 hours between 10am on Friday 24 March and 12 noon on 25 March. When I looked again a 1 hour later a week of video history was missing. When I looked again after another hour all the video history was gone. I certainty didn't delete any video history myself. My nest aware plus subscription runs until September 2023 and is currently active. Can anyone explain how this could have happened?

What you describe is really odd, in that it does not fit any pattern that's possible with any subscription (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9681538), and there is no capability that allows customers to delete portions of their history.
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the Google Nest app on your phone? Have you tried accessing your camera's in the Google Nest app from another phone or tablet? What happens if you try to access your camera's history on the home.nest.com website from your computer?
You could also try doing a factory reset on your camera (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162), though I don't know how any camera defect could result in deleted history
You could also try contacting Support to see if they've had any reports like yours:

Hey everyone,
@Raymond3, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Aside from what MplsCustomer has shared, to confirm, are you the only one who has access to your Nest Camera? If you have an active Nest Aware subscription, all of the recorded events will not get deleted within that time frame unless someone deletes it manually. Let us know if you have other questions in mind.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Best,
Emerson
