Hi, we've had our wired Nest doorbell for several years. Until recently, every time there was a push notification that someone was at the door, it would include a still photo of the person. Now, however, in order to see who was there, I have to make a mental note of the time, then click on the notification, then scroll VERY SLOWLY through "person events" to see who was at the door. Difficult, time-consuming, and perhaps not the way the app should be working? (Spent an hour on Chat with Support. Got hung up on 😕 )
Any suggestions appreciated.
