Wired indoor cameras

Just upgraded to google nest indoor cameras.  Had the older versions . I keep getting connection issues that I never had with the older cameras .  Cameras keep loosing connection or saying live video unavailable. Any ideas? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble viewing your camera live video. Let’s see what’s going on — a few questions: what’s the status light of your cameras? How far are the cameras from the router? Are the cameras connected to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi network? Also, were there any changes to your Wi-Fi network?

Hello 
I have the new nest cam 2nd generation . I keep getting 2 alerts for the same activity event .  It happens on all cameras . I’ve tried removing app and resetting iPhone but did not help ! Any help? Thanks
