Wired nest doorbell completely dead

Jmt95

I have had a wired nest doorbell since June of this year. This week it had completely stopped worked. No light, completely dead. The wiring has not been damaged in any way. Not sure how to fix it.

If there is no light or anything, then there are two possibilities - 1 - the Nest Hello is dead, or 2 - the transformer is not sending power through the wires.  Do you have a voltage meter so you can test your wires to ensure proper voltage?  If voltage is right, then you will need to speak with a customer support rep.  Please let me know either way, I can escalate this for you if the voltage is right, or of course you can contact support directly at

Hi, Jmt95.
I just wanted to jump in real fast to see if you saw Ashepherdson's reply and question about voltage. I was also checking in to see if you still needed some help on this or if you were able to get it sorted out.
