I see this is a known problem, but I'm now experiencing my Google nest wireless doorbell falling off its mount because the top latch is stuck inside. Seeing if anyone has figured out a fix for this? I talked to customer support and I'm out of warranty so I'm not eligible for a replacement. frustrating and I'd prefer trying to fix it first given how expensive it is and as it works other than the fact that this ~ 2 mm piece of plastic is stuck.
