Hi all,
I’m really frustrated with my Google Doorbell (battery version). I charged it to 100%, but it won’t turn on or connect. I’ve tried everything suggested on the forums: resetting it, holding the reset button, and even connecting it back to the charger, but nothing works. It’s completely unresponsive and seems totally bust.
I’m pretty gutted, especially considering how much I paid for the doorbell itself and the ongoing Nest subscription. I expected better reliability for the price. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any other troubleshooting steps I might have missed? Or should I be looking at getting a replacement?

If you want to contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
