After wiring the Nest Doorbell to the Honeywell 915 Chime, I get one ring when the doorbell button is pushed and another ring approximately 30 seconds later. I think it is a wiring issue and was hoping someone could help. I have wired it like this:
A1 on Chime to marette connecting Google Chime Connector and Doorbell black wire
AC1 on Chime to marette connecting white wire from Trivolt transformer and Doorbell white wire
AC2 on Chime to marette connecting Google Chime Connector and the black wire from the transformer
Sorry I can't attach a diagram.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

This diagram is how I wired the doorbell and chime. Any idea how I can get rid of the second ring, 30 seconds after the button is pushed?

Hi GrahamA,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you have a delay with the ring on your doorbell.
I am happy to help you with this! I recommend that you disconnect the Honeywell Chime connector. It is not necessary to connect it. You only need the Google Chime connector. This is likely the cause of the delay with the ring.
Please visit wiring diagrams to check how it is connected. You will need one transformer and one chime connector.
I hope this helps!

Thanks Manuel, I appreciate the response. There isn't a Honeywell Chime Connector separate from the chime itself. The issue is that I get two rings. One when the doorbell is pushed and another 30 seconds later.

Hi GrahamA,
Thanks for your reply. You mentioned that you haven't connected the Honeywell connector. This means that the wires are likely connected correctly based on the picture you sent.
I recommend restarting your device. Please visit Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell for instructions.
Please let me know if this helps!

Manuel

Thanks Manuel for the suggestion. I tried resetting and restarting. Neither worked. I still get the second ring 30 seconds after the first.

I have the same issue. My wiring is the same as in your drawing. The camera is working and the doorbell rings once when the button is pressed. But the Honeywell Chime does not work. Did you get a resolution to the issue?

They advised that someone would be reaching out to me. I haven't heard from them yet but its only been a couple of days. I will post the response if it gets resolved.
