The clear plastic that is on the face of our Nest Hello doorbell has begun peeling off. A quick search has shown this is a known systemic issue across many, many users. We purchased our doorbell in February of 2019. We are writing to see what can be done to remedy this issue. In addition to our Nest Hello doorbell, we have four outdoor Nest cams which we pay a monthly subscription for, as well as YouTube TV.
Thank you,

Brad, of your almost 10k posts - what solutions have you actually provided? Every post I search has the same BOT response. Nothing helpful.

It is not part of my job duty to solve these issues, I am a Moderator first, and a Community Specialists as well. If you are seeking direct assistance, then I would suggest you reach out to Support. We are not a main support avenue.
Best regards,
brad.
