Yet another peeling Nest doorbell claim

skypup

I've had the doorbell installed for approximately two years and I have condensation and peeling/flaking.

I'd like a direct response from Google/Nest on what they are doing to improve the design and longevity of these units. I know I'm not the only one on here that is exploring alternatives other than Nest.

It looks like the new model that just came out doesn't have a laminate that can peel off. (At least from I can see in the pictures)

Hello skypup,

We're sorry to hear about your peeling laminate and condesnation in your doorbell. I can totally get how frustrating this issue is. I have created a case for you in order to escalate your issue to our repairs & warranty team. Please check your email for a message from Google Support. Thanks!

@eisenb11: Thank you for your input! Please let me know if you require any assistance with your product as well. 🙂

Best,

Good luck hearing anything back from them!  It’s almost a week since I sent in the answers in and still no response from them!  This is UNREAL and really makes you question their customer support!!
