I have an annual subscription, expires in about 10 months. All of my 30 day event video history has vanished. Where is it?

Hi @pbee

If you are not able to find these records within the Home or Nest app you probably should reach out to Google Nest Support.

And please validate you are using the same Google account for the Home and Nest app and the Nest subscription. 😊

I have the same issue, all my event history has disappeared and when I click on a new event it takes me back to a random time many hours ago, when no event even happened.

Support are looking into it

Similar problem here. I paid through Google Pay in November. My annual subscription shows as active, but when I look at my account through store.google.com the subscription isn't listed. When I tried to cancel the subscription in Google Pay I was informed that it would be cancelled on November 23, 2023 so no refund. I've opened a ticket, but will wait 48 hours to see if the refund is granted. And yes, I have one account.
