Problem with doorbell in house

I installed the Nest Hello per the instruction and I can't get the doorbell to ring in the house. It works except it doesn't ring the doorbell in the house.

Resolved! New Nest Doorbell wont complete setup

I keep getting the "Something went wrong, Try connecting again." error when attempting to setup new doorbell. I've done a factory reset of the doorbell and turned my phone off/on but still the same error.

Unregistering Nestcam to Reregister
