Nest hello battery

I have nest hello battery but can seem to get notifications when camera senses people or when the button is pressed?!

New camera set up

The Google Home app is not recognizing the new camera. The app keeps spinning and the. Comes back with a message about an error. Frustrating as I was excited to set up our 2 camera bundle.
