The chime doesn't ring when someone calls

I've installed a new doorbell and everything works fine except the chime. It doesn't sound. If I connect it directly to 24 volts, it sounds perfectly (the chime is fine). I suspect the chime connector is faulty. Any solution?

Google Nest Doorbell - Battery

when i got to connect the nest doorbell to google home it doesn't connect. I have reset the button on back of devices several times and restarted wifi on the phone. when i plug the doorbell into power outlet it also doesnt chime.

Nest cameras no longer online

I have 2 new battery powered nest camers that were setup successfully and both charged to 100%. Both were connected to internet then both went offline and will not reconnect. I have tried to readd them with no success.
