Why is it I can't get thumbnail on notification on my battery doorbell or outside camera on a PIXEL 6 pro (same family). But my wife can get it on an iPhone !!?

Nest doorbell delaminating

My nest doorbell face is peeling. What is being done about this issue? My unit was installed in 2019. This should not be happening due to the exorbitant price that it costs. Not to mention the installation costs to have it set up.

I am trying to add renters in my house to the doorbell so they can get alerts when someone rings or packages delivered but I don’t want them to have access to the manager settings like adding/deleting members or deleting history etc. How do I do that...
