Video not available

I have a camera outside, that is only displaying "video history not available, check back later" almost 24 hours after recording. Displaying other events perfectly fine, its JUST that event recording.

Nest Hello not recording events or sending notifications

Our best hello doorbell stopped recording events and sending notifications. I did a factory reset but it’s still not recording. My subscription is still active. Notifications are on in the app. Not sure what the problem is. Any suggestions.
