Both keep coming back to "Try moving closer to your Nest Cam (battery).  My phone is right next to it.

All other devices are fine.

Network is up.

Are these broken?

Hello, I'm an end user like you.    Are you on Android or iPhone?

Just to confirm you are using the Google Home app instead of the NEST app.

Do you already have other NEST cameras in your setup?   The reason I ask is I believe when you add another device the app looks for the 2 devices to do a handshake via blue tooth.  So you generally would want to be within  10 feet or less of the other device.

Also make sure you are on the most up-to-date version of the Google Home app.

Make sure BLUETOOTH is enabled on your phone.

If none of this works you can get help from a google person but opening an official support ticket.  Once you enter all the info you will be able to escalate to a phone call.  Here is the link:

i was  doing all the things you mention. I found another recommendation somewhere that said to try to restart my android phone. It worked after I did that.  Spent way too much time trying to figure this out.

Wow,,, how frustrating,,, but glad you got it going.
