Hello, I have two indoor/outdoor nest cameras each with a dedicated plug. they are both giving me a device offline empty battery message although they have never been unplugged. Has anyone had this message and what was done to correct it? The cameras are out of the weather so they are not exposed to any elements. I also live out of state. Can they be reset with me out of state?
