I have connected my doorbell 2 cables, but unfortunately my wired bell rings constantly..
how can I solve the problem?

I can think of several possibilities:
1) Your doorbell transformer does not meet Google Nest requirements: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9247132
2) Your doorbell's button is jammed.
3) You have a chime that somehow is not compatible with the battery doorbell.
4) Your doorbell is defective and you could contact Support: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Hey everyone,
It looks like we've slowed down here. We'll be closing up the thread in the next day unless anyone else has any input or needs anything else. If so, just let me know and we can keep this open a bit longer.
Thanks,

Hello, I would like to explain the problem to you again.
Both a doorbell with an electronic bell and an analogue bell were connected to the doorbell with the same error.
After the doorbell has been integrated into Google Home, the "electronic doorbell" function cannot be activated or deactivated in the "doorbell" menu, or can only be activated or deactivated once. After that, no more settings can be changed.
Sometimes the doorbell works for a few minutes to hours. After that it rings continuously.
A pulsating voltage of 15 V 50 Hz can be continuously measured on the doorbell.
Repeatedly resetting the doorbell to factory settings was also unsuccessful.

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but my suggestion is to contact Google Nest Support, starting with the link below. You have several odd things going on at the same time.
