Google Nest's doorbells send a standard notification to our phones and mobile devices. We can then click on that notification to open up either the Google Nest app or Google Home app to view a video clip of when the doorbell was pressed. In our experience over the last several years, how well this works can vary a lot. Sometimes it can take awhile for the app to open and display the video clip.

Yes that what I understood.
My question is why when someone ring the doorbell I can't see on my phone live? I just receive normal notification. For example if I'm not at home how can i answer if I don't see live it?

You have to tape the notification and tap the appropriate "Talk", or "Quick Response" or "Responses" option, depending on the doorbell. This doesn't always work very well.

For example other doorbells like Ring they have app that when someone ring the bell u can see on your phone live, I mean ring on your phone.
This feature it's not available for Google, isn't?.
I have Google speaker and Nest hub which are working good when I'm at home, but when I'm not at home how can I do it?

I just checked again. If I'm wearing my Apple Watch, the notification pops up on my Watch with a view of the doorbell's camera, and I then have options to talk or select responses. On my iPhone, the notification may show the doorbell's camera along with options to talk or select responses, or it may just show a standard notification banner, depending on whether I'm wearing my Watch and whether I see the notification right away. This is in the Google Nest app with the older Google Nest Hello Doorbells. I don't know how it works on an Android phone or in the Google Home app with the newer doorbells. In my experience, it is cumbersome to answer the door from my phone.

Do you have "Push notifications" turned on in the settings for your doorbell in the Google Home app? That's all it takes in the Google Nest app to turn on notifications for when the doorbell is pressed.
Notifications for events are set under Settings | Events | Seen events.

Hi folks,
Checking in — have you tried checking the notification settings in the Google Home app shared by MplsCustomer? If so, how did it go? Let me know if you need anything else.
I appreciate your help, MplsCustomer.
Thanks,
JT
