faulty nest hello

received a message regards to post re faulty nest hello was told i would receive a response and post was locked so can not respond but ive not had a reply was 2 weeks ago does it usually take that long?

@Princesss  , can you please follow up on what happened to the form you asked  @dean105   to complete, and which you said you received a couple of weeks ago?
