I have a Nest doorbell with nest aware subscription which end in a few days.
i have always had recorded activity history. No longer records video history. checked internet connection. ok. turned phone on and off. no luck. deleted Nest app and reinstalled. no luck

Have you changed which events you're filtering in your event history?
If you go to your Nest Hello doorbell (I'm guessing that's what you have, rather than the battery doorbell, because you mentioned deleting the Nest app) in the Google Nest app and go to Settings | Nest Aware, does it show an active subscription?
