i cant secure the nest doorbell on the base plate after charge

Dalberg

I have installed the wall bracket on the wall
I have a problem attaching the doorbell to the holder. after charging. it used to work but doesn't work anymore.

I have followed the instructions in the official installation video:

Align the circle at the bottom of the doorbell with the hole at the bottom of the base plate.
Push the doorbell in and then down until you feel it click into place.

I'm sure the circle at the bottom of the doorbell snaps into the hole at the bottom of the base plate.
When I test the doorbell mounting, it is not securely mounted. The doorbell remains loose at the top. I have also tried removing the base plate and trying to attach the doorbell manually but it does not lock the doorbell with the base plate
Just flicking it with a finger is enough to release it from the holder.

there are no protruding screws that could interfere with the installation of the doorbell.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem

With kind regard Henrik in Denmark
