In the Google Home app, for each device, under Settings | Seen Events, do you have "Your notifications" turned on for the desired events (such as "People")? And under Settings | Notifications, do you have "Push notifications" turned on to enable notifications to your phone or mobile device?

Thanks, however, I re-installed all the equipment and it finally worked as it should.  It doesn't like, it seems, to have new equipment added to the existing system...

My 3 x Nest Cam Battery don't ping my phone.. but I tried it on my 3 year older 3 android version older phone and it worked. Tried every troubleshooting step under the sun with Google Support. Now they just claim it's my phone.. the only issue I have with the phone.. think it more likely their software doesn't work, the settings to receive notifications are all on.

I agree, it should be working but it doesn't and I had NO success contacting Google Support...

Push notifications for events on our Google Nest Battery Camera--configured in the Google Home app--get sent to my iPad, but NOT to either of our iPhones. Push notifications for our older Nest cameras and doorbells--configured in the Google Nest app--get sent to both iPhones and my iPad just fine.

I tried deleting and re-installing the Google Home app on my iPhone.  Once I also re-enabled Notifications for the Google Home app, the "Time Sensitive" notifications from our Google Nest Battery Camera started appearing on my iPhone.

Happy for you. I've done various combinations of that multiple times with no effect 😔
