nest cam outdoor battery

Hello,

i have a google nest cam intelligente outside and inside on battery 

one day the battery was empty 

i reloaded it but i can not turn it on again, there is a botton on the back of the cam but it doesn't work 

i alrady removed it from the app google home but nothing helps

in the google home app the device is light gray it says activate device but how where can i do that?

I'm sorry to hear if your Nest camera won't turn on. To confirm, have you tried charging it with its USB charger? If so, how long did you charge it? What is the light status of your Nest camera?

Give these steps a try:

• Hit this link for Nest camera battery charge time.
• Since you already removed it from the Google Home app, might as well reset the actual device to the factory default then add it back to the Google Home app.
