Hi,
I use Nest doorbell for 6 months already and it worked fine. Now, it stated there it is not connected. I tried reseting it but it does not work.
After 12+ seconds of using pin, the green light (not white) appears. Also it makes a ring sound after approximately 10 secs.
How do I reset and start over..?

Are these the reset steps you're following? The doorbell needs to be turned on for this to work.

Yes, these steps I was following. However at 5 secs green light appears, later there are no changes. No white light, no blinking, no countdown tone. Green light stays there for about half a minute then turns off.
there are no changes at 10 or 12 seconds, like it should be at factory reset...

also in the app it was offline... then I removed it..

Appreciate you trying those steps. I've asked a specialist to review this topic and work on next steps with you.

Hi David,
kindly also advise the step to reconnect back the nest doorbell battery version to the wifi network.
it’s because after factory reset, it seems the device unable to pair with my existing home wifi setup.
thanks in advance

Hi everyone,
@NESTdoorbell23, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We would recommend you to charge your Nest Doorbell and do the reset again while charging. Also, could you send us the photo of your Nest Doorbell and the reset button that you're pressing. Looking forward to your response.
@RudySu, you can reconnect your Nest Doorbell to your Wifi network while setting it up with the Google Home app. Make sure that you remove your Nest Camera before adding it back. Let us know if you have more questions in mind.
I appreciate your suggestions, davidking.
Best,
Emerson
