nest doorbell battery, no listen when talk and listen activated

So, for the first time I needed to talk to someone through my doorbell. Initially on viewing the camera sound from the doorbells mic can be heard through my phone (cat s62pro). As soon as you press the talk and listen button all audio from the doorbell is lost but audio is transmitted from the phone to the doorbell. On de-activating talk and listen, audio from the doorbell does not return. on closing the app doorbell audio returns for a split second as the app closes.

This currently makes it impossible for me to have a conversation with anyone at my door. I've done a few tests at home but can't find a fix. can anyone help??

Hey Gilly301,

 

Thanks for letting us know. When did it start happening? Does the issue occur on multiple mobile devices or cameras? Also, is the audio issue persistent or intermittent? If intermittent, how often does it happen? Keep us posted.
