Seems to be a common theme for Nest doorbell users everywhere. Can Google tech support chime in and provide a solution?

Seriously, I read so many ppl have this issues but no Google technical support or ph # to call for product issues. Bad customer service for electronics product. device $250 is not cheap. Google please help.

I literally have 19V at my doorbell terminals, but the doorbell will not power up. It is 100% not Wi-Fi or power related. Why is my doorbell bricked?

The issue, in my case, seems to be that the internal power supply can’t hold a charge anymore. Link to original thread attached. If your doorbell is ~ 3 yrs old and you can verify proper input voltage, you likely have the same problem. Disappointed doesn’t quite seem to convey my feelings on a “wired” device.
