I have 2 nestcams and have had for several years. I am unable to login to my nest account, and the password reset doesn't work - so I cannot access it. I suspect this may be something to do with 2-fator verification but in any event the password reset does not work. I am able to access Nest via a gmail account I have but none of the camera devices are in that account so I don't believe I ever migrated (and I have searched my emails also). It will not let me migrate the camera devices because they are already in use - presumably in the original nest account....I am completely stuck. the helpdesk is worse than useless; I have tried 10 times today via chat and phone and unable to get through. Customer service is appalling.

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. 

  • Do you still need help with this issue? I know that there's been a delay in response since you posted.
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?

Not solved yet. May move to other solution. Customer service tried to help on phone but could not. All in all a horrible experience
