I have six nest cameras in and around my home. Two of the outdoor cameras are located at my gate. They have been working great for the past 3 plus years, but recently after this most recent rain storm last week, both camera have condensation inside the lenses, resulting in poor picture quality. Again, both cameras have been in the same location and nothing has changed that would of caused this issue. Help

I have the same issue, and Nest/google is not addressing any suggested fix. I have 12 cameras that, up to today, I like, but with the lack of customer support, I will change to a brand that actually gives a crap

I have condensation on the camera lens so bad you can't see anything or anyone. I was hoping the colder weather would dry some of it up but it has not

Thank you for your patience with my replies! Thank you for explaining your issue a bit better! That is definitely not normal for the condensation to be present inside of the lens. Are you having this issue on all of your cameras? Or just a single or few cameras?
Best Regards,
Brad.

Did this Brad douche ever reply or just keep asking the same questions that were answered with the first request?

He never replied, and I have now changed the camera; the old one has been sitting in a bag of rice, and the condensation is STILL there. I guess I will throw it away.

Typical Google crap. Resolution is to either ignore or delete. I suppose that's how your stock price triples in 20 months.

same here

Thanks I give up on Nest. The lens "fog" is slowly fading, and I will just continue using as is until I find another better brand. My nest hello is peeling. From others comments, a common problem ?

Same here, a normal rain and the camera is ruined

I'm having the same problem, the Nest Outdoor camera has condensation inside the lens, I have four of them and only one that has the issue, for what these cost and being outdoor rated really surprised that this happening and sure it won't be long before the rest have this same issue and then will no longer be visible do to the moisture blocking the site.
