power wires or connectors

I stil look for the power wires or connectors that you use to connect the doorbell to your existing doorbell wires.

Does anyone knows we're i can find these connectors.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. Which doorbell do you have installed? That will definitely depend on which wiring will be appropriate for your device. Please let me know.

Thans for your message. I installed the doorbell (battery). The doorbel is werking but i would like spare part of power wires.

Brad, thx for your help. I got help from the dutch service desk. They provided a new one wich I did send back after I could take out the power wires. Its working for 100% now. Thx for your concern. Jan
